We process orders throughout the week, excluding Sundays and public holidays, during regular business hours. To ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders, we partner with reputable courier agencies like BlueDart and Delhivery. In areas where these couriers are unavailable, we will make efforts to ship your items via IndiaPost, though we cannot guarantee this service in all cases.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all online paid orders within India.

• Fixed Shipping Rate: The shipping charge is a flat rate, irrespective of the number of products in your cart.

• GST: Our prices are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). As per the Government of India, brandgifts.in is fully GST compliant, and the relevant GST percentage will be added at checkout. Please note that GST is only applicable to orders within India.

Delivery Time

• Express Delivery: All online paid orders are processed for express delivery, typically arriving within 3-6 working days for major cities.

• Order Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.

• Delivery to Remote Areas: In case you are located in a remote area where courier services are unavailable, the recipient may be asked to pick up the order from the nearest delivery center.

Damaged or Tampered Products

If you receive a product that appears damaged or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package at the time of delivery and immediately contact our support team at order@brandgifts.in or call us at +91 9713048660 (Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 7 PM).

We will arrange for a reverse pickup of the damaged item and send a replacement at no extra cost to you. Please ensure the original product tag and packaging are intact when returning the product.
